STRESS RELIEF ESSENTIAL OIL BLEND

Contains: Stress Relief Essential Oil Blend is a combination of – Bergamot (Citrus Bergamia), Patchouli (Pogostemon Cablin), Sweet Orange (Citrus Sinesis), Ylang Ylang (Cananga Odorata), Pink grapefruit (Citrus paradisi), Gurjum (Dipterocarpus Turbinatum)

Common Uses: Stress Relief Essential Oil Blend contains oils designed to uplift and relax individuals who suffer from stress. Bright and soothing, a must have blend to assist in fighting daily stress in our lives.

Directions: Rub on the palms of your hands and smell a stress-free life.  Also, this oil can be mixed into a lotion or carrier oil and massage gently into the temples and neck areas.  Topically use dilute 2-5%.

Caution: For external use only; do not use undiluted on skin; keep out of reach of children. if pregnant or under doctor’s care, consult a physician.

It is possible that this blend may cause sensitivities, users are recommended to use these blends only in dilution and not as a replacement for traditional medicine.

*Please follow the provided POMBEY essential oils dilution chart and guidelines for best results. Undiluted use of essential oils on the skin can be harmful and potentially cause severe irritation or sensitization. 

*All oils require dilution with a carrier oil when used topically on the skin. We always recommend starting with a lower dilution and adding more when needed.

HELPFUL CONVERSIONS:

• 6 teaspoons is equal to 1 ounce
• 2 tablespoons is equal to 1 ounce
• 30 ml is equal to 1 ounce

DILUTION GUIDELINES:

• 0.25% – 0.5% dilution should be used for children under the age of 12.
• 1% dilution should be used for long term or daily use and full body application.
• 5% dilution can be used for short term use.
• 10% dilution can be used for small areas of concern and acute situations.
